This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to preserve the CCTV Footage pertaining to the scene of occurrence by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 21.02.2024.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that both the parties gave complaint against each other and both are at the stage of enquiry in CSR Nos.73 of 2024 and 74 of 2024. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the preservation of the CCTV Footage will be taken into consideration as and when the respondent Police decides to register an F.I.R. and proceed further with the investigation.
