ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to give permission to conduct the MAHA SHIVARATHIRI FESTIVAL at Sri Kamatchi Amman Temple at Navapalayam Village, Kengavaram Post, Kalasapakkam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District in connection with the festival of MAHA SHIVARATHIRI FESTIVAL on 11.03.2021 and 12.03.2021 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2021.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the date on which the festival proposed to be conducted is already over.

Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
