Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.K2/16990/2011 dated 17.10.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in the promoted post of B.T.Assistant based on the order of promotion in 1/4

Na.Ka.No.16990/2011/K2 dated 27.04.2012 will all consequential and other attendant benefits including payment of arrears of salary with interest. For Petitioner : M/s. G.Sankaran For Respondents : Mr.M.Murali Government Advocate

The learned counsel for the petitioner has challenged the reversion order and at the time of admission this Court has granted interim order but the said order was not complied by the respondents and the petitioner worked in the reverted post till attaining the age of superannuation (i.e) on 31.05.2023. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 15.03.2024 Index:Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No nsl 2/4
