ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 31.01.2014 in W.P.No.2646 of 2014, directed the respondents to consider the representation and the remainder letter dated 11.01.2014 submitted by the petitioner, and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this order. Since the said order has not been complied

with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.03.2014, there was no presentation for the petitioner and even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court and he has also produced a copy of the order dated 02.03.2015.

4. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and hence the contempt petition is closed.
