Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records connected in Na.Ka.No.C1/1497/2011, dated 23.02.2011 and Na.Ka.No.1497/2011/C1, dated 18.08.2011 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to inclue the petitioner's name in the seniority list above the respondent No.4 and also direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue revised seniority list in the post of Revenue Assistant by fixing cut of date as 18.09.1991 as per the Government Order issued in G.O.Ms.No.264, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 18.09.1991 and also promote the petitioner with all consequential benefits and pass such further orders.
