of India praying to Writ of Certiorarfied Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.198/A2/2013 dated 11.07.2013 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to promote the petitioner to the post of Middle School Headmaster in Panchayat Union Middle School (Urudu), Palakkodu Union, Dharmapuri District with retrospective effect from 01.01.2012 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.198/A2/2013 dated 11.07.2013 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to promote the petitioner to the post of Middle School Headmaster in Panchayat
Union Middle School (Urudu), Palakkodu Union, Dharmapuri District with retrospective effect from 01.01.2012 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame. 2.
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has now been promoted which is evident from the order dated 11.12.2017 and therefore, the matter has become infructuous. 3.
In view of the above and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed. No costs.
