C.M.P.No.5153 of 2024 in A.S.No.780 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying the condition order passed in C.M.P.No.27314 of 2023 in A.S.No.780 of 2023 dated 11.01.2024.

2. By an order dated 11.01.2024, this Court has directed to the petitioner/appellant to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs to the credit of O.S.No.34 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Kallakurichi within a period of four weeks.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, time is extended for a period of two weeks.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the matter has been posted on 28.03.2024 under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
