O R D E R

This Court by order dated 29.01.2014, directed the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2013 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks. Since the said order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate has produced a copy of the order stating that considering the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2013, necessary orders were passed on 13.03.2015.

3. Since the order has been complied with, I am of the opinion that the Contempt Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
