The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suspension order is under challenge in this Writ Petition. Since the petitioner has been reinstated during the pendency of this Writ Petition, nothing survives in the same. Therefore, the adjudication in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above fact, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
