Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34852/2019 dated 10.01.2020 the petitioner to appear before the concerned magistrate court daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month and report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAFI BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S N.P.KUMAR, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR DRI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34852 of 2019 dated 10.01.2020 to report before the concerned Magistrate Court daily at 10.30am for a period of one month and report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with by the petitioner regularly. 4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 34852 of 2019 dated 10.01.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
