ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to file an application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC, before the civil Court. He had also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. This order shall not preclude the revision petitioner from moving an appropriate application before the trial Court. No costs.
