(CR.NO. 282/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in para No.4 of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 1366 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 21146 of 2021, dated 10.02.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on once in week i.e on every Monday at 10.00am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.HEMALATHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.MP.No.1366 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21146 of 2021 dated 10.02.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is still pending and charge sheet not yet filed , hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30a.m., instead of every Monday at 10.00 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further Orders, is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 23/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
