A.No. 1801 of 2021:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant visitation right to the Petitioner and consequently direct the Respondent to permit the Petitioner to be with the Children 1.M.Sivabalan and 2.M. Sivadhanvanthika during weekends (i.e.Wednesday and Sundays)
between 11 am to 1 pm.
This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr. T.A.Srinivasan, for M/s. Sree and Associates, Advocates for the Applicant herein and Mr.J.Hari Krishna for M/s.Mahendra Babu, Advocate for the respondent and upon reading the order herein dated 13.09.2021, the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent seeks time for filing counter.
2. Therefore, the interim arrangement that has been in force vide order dated 11.08.2021, which has also been continued vide order dated 13.09.2021, shall continue for further period of four weeks.
3. Post the matter on 18.11.2021.
