This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 512 days in filing the above criminal revision against the order passed in C.A.No.79 of 2019 dated 15.06.2023 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram at Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 512 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
