This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 30.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.1540 of 2024 to report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for another period of 20 days and thereafter, weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
