This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Special Court for SC/ST Act, Kallakurichi, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.351 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Special Judge, Special Court for SC/ST Act, Kallakurichi, is directed to complete the trial in Crl.M.P.No.351 of 2024 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
