O R D E R
The failure on the part of the respondent to dispose of the disciplinary proceedings pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 23.07.2013 in W.P.Nos.21710 to 21713 of 2009 made this Court to initiate suo motu contempt proceedings against the respondent.
2. The respondent is present today, pursuant to the notice.
3. The respondent has sworn to an affidavit of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ undertaking that he would dispose of the proceedings within
a period of three months' from today.
4. In view of the undertaking given by the respondent that he would dispose of the matter within a period of three months, I am of the view that further proceedings are not required in this contempt petition.
5. The respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of three months' from today, failing which, this contempt petition will be re-opened and appropriate action will be taken against the respondent.
6. The suo motu contempt petition is closed with the above observation.
