Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent proceeding Ku.A.No.071/N.B.3/U.1/Ko.Promotion/2012 dated 09.11.2012 withdrawing the final seniority list and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to implement the final seniority list dated 09.11.2012 as otherwise it will be in violation of Article 14 and 16 of the constitution of India.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 09.11.2012 in Proceeding Ku.A.No.071/N.B.3/U.1/Ko. Promotion/2012, by the third respondent, thereby withdrawing the final seniority list without any notice.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the proceedings impugned in this writ petition, seniority list was published and the petitioner was promoted to the post of Line Inspector.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
