This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18327 of in Crl.O.P.No.12931 of 2023 dated 27.11.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m.,till filing of the final report and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.
