ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the Transport Corporation challenging the judgment and decree dated 13.09.1996 made in M.C.O.P.No.253/95 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Ist Additional District Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate) Krishnagiri, whereby the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,680/- to the claimant/first respondent herein.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner and second respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the third respondent.

3. From the materials available on record, it is seen that the civil revision petition was dismissed in respect of the first respondent/claimant vide order of this Court dated 08.02.2016 for not taking steps. No steps have been taken to set aside the said order.

4. Considering the fact that the Tribunal directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2,680/- to the first respondent/claimant and this Civil Revision Petition was dismissed against the first respondent, who is the only contesting respondent in the civil revision petition, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
