Alleging that the order of this Court dated 13.02.2015 passed in A.No.903 of 2015 in C.S.No.107 of 2015 has not been complied with by the respondent herein, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2.By order dated 24.02.2015, this Court ordered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ statutory notice to the respondent through the Indian Coast

Guard. When the matter came up on 18.03.2015, it is represented by the learned counsel on either side that the matter has been settled between the parties. The said submission is recorded.
