The petitioner has come up in Revision challenging the order appointing an Commissioner to effect the division of suit property as per the preliminary decree. It is now stated that a final decree itself has been passed on 01.03.2018. The petitioner had filed appeal against the final decree in A.S.No. 41 of 2018 and the same is also allowed on 27.08.2019.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition, it is therefore dismissed having become a infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
