This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order of this Court, dated 30.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28449 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner shall continue with the condition imposed by an order dated 30.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28449 of 2023. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant any relaxation to the petitioner herein.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
