ORDER

The petitioners seek a direction for early disposal of OS No.90 of 2012 pending on the file of the I Additional District Court, Coimbatore.

2. It is seen from the records that the suit was posted for evidence even in the year 2019 and it has been adjourned for steps and amendment of plaint was also carried out in the interregnum. 2/4

Mr.N.Sakthivel, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs/petitioners would submit that the trial has commenced.

4. Considering the said submission, there will be a direction to the I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of the suit within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
