This petition has been filed to relax the condition para 4(b) imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 22.12.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.28651 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e. every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
