The above Civil Revision Petition is filed invoking the Jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questing the stay granted by the learned Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore in I.A.No.1184 of 2018 in O.S.No.1643 of 2018.

2.The learned counsel now request this Court to give direction to the learned Subordinate to dispose of I.A.No.1184 of 2018 at the earliest. He would contend that the counter mentioned also been filed before this Court. 3.The learned Judge is directed to dispose of the said application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the Order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Revision Petition is also closed. 05.03.2019 kan Index : Yes/No Speaking order/non-speaking order To, The Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.
