O R D E R
These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the orders dismissing the applications filed for re-opening the evidence on the side of the defendants and to make a document obtained under the RTI Act. The trial Court observed that it is only to drag the proceedings in the suit, these petitions have been filed. 2.After hearing the learned counsel on both sides and by consent, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: i) liberty is granted to the petitioner to file the document, viz., original letter of CMWSSB, dated 08.10.2016, before the trial court.
ii) on filing of the aforesaid letter, the Court below is directed to reopen the defendant side evidence, recall DW1 and proceed for marking the documents in accordance with law.
iii) thereafter, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the said suit as expeditiously as possible within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Accordingly, the civil revision petitions are disposed of. No costs.
