(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.08.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b) (ii) (C ) of NDPS Act r/w Section 8 (c ) of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 77 of JJ Act, 2015, in Crime No.247 of 2020, seeks bail.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
