Principal Sub Court, Coimbatore) within a time frame fixed, by allowing this Civil Revision Petition. For Petitioners :

ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Mettupalayam to dispose of A.S.No.4 of 2018 within a time frame.

2. The B-Diary extract which has been filed along with the revision indicates that there are interlocutory applications pending in the First Appeal.

3. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners informs the Court that the delay on setting aside the abatement has been condoned and the applications that are now pending are only the application for setting aside the abatement and the application to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant. The learned counsel has no objection to all these 3/5

applications being ordered.

4. Therefore, the learned Judge shall dispose of the First Appeal within a period of two weeks from the date on which the memorandum of grounds of appeal is amended and the amended copy filed into Court. The respondents / appellants shall comply with the above said process within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed on the above lines. No costs.
