(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh, J.) Today, learned counsel for the Corporation has handed over a cheque bearing No.367556, dated 08.12.2025, for a sum of Rs.1,03,847/- and claims to be a full and final settlement of the dues as per the order passed in this Writ Appeal dated 19.11.2025.

2.In view of the compliance, no further orders are required. In case, the 1st respondent / workman is of the view that this amount is not a full and final settlement, liberty is hereby granted to the workman to work out his remedies in accordance with law.
