The suit is filed for partition between the family members. Pending suit, the present application is filed seeking to grant ad interim injunction restraining the respondents/defendants from alienating the suit property.

2. Despite the names of respondents 2 and 3 having been printed in the cause list after service, there is no representation.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that there would not be any alienation in the schedule mentioned property. Considering the same, there will be an order of interim injunction and the application stands closed.
