Order of the Court was made by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN,J Though the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a very innocuous prayer directing the Registrar-General to dispose of his representation, the petition appears to be an attempt at intimidating the Subordinate Judiciary.

2. We have heard Mr.A.Ramesh Manikandan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner faced prosecution in two criminal cases in C.C.Nos. 141 of 2011 and 358 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar. But, despite the fact that he has been acquitted in both cases, he has taken exception to the conduct of the Judicial Magistrate. one of whom has described himself to be the President of Constitutional Law Awareness Association, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a Mandamus to direct the Registrar - General to take action on his representation against the Magistrate.

4. But, the conduct of the petitioner himself does not behoove of any reason to entertain the writ petition. He appears to have filed a miscellaneous petition before the concerned Principal District Court in C.M.P.SR.No.---- of 2015, citing the Judicial Magistrate by his name as the respondent. It is the very same Judicial Magistrate, who, admittedly, acquitted the petitioner in both the criminal cases. Hence, the attempt of the petitioner to seek a direction does not appear to be in good faith.
