O R D E R

The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to transfer the H.M.O.P. No.4248 of 2016 pending on the file of the III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai to the file of the Subordinate Judge at Gudiyatham, Vellore District, where the petitioner wife is residing with her minor son, aged about four years.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent husband is having a girl child, aged about seven years.

3.When the matter was referred before the Mediation for settlement, the petitioner and the respondent were unable to joint together for the reasons best known to them. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner, being a lady, having a small child, is unable to undertake a long journey from Gudiyatham to Chennai, this Court is inclined to accept the prayer for transferring the H.M.O.P. No.4248 of 2016. Accordingly, the Tr. C.M.P. is allowed and the H.M.O.P. No.4248 of 2016 pending on the file of the III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Judge at Gudiyatham, Vellore District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The Subordinate Judge at Gudiyatham, Vellore District is directed to take up the case and dispose of the same expeditiously in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.
