Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, calling for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent, dated 24.08.2014 in his Office Ref.C3.D.O.No.70/2014 against the petitioner's daughter by name Tmt.Thilaga, W/o.Late Egambaram, aged about 35 years, now confined at Special Prison for Women, Vellore, Vellore District and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the above said detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Habeas corpus petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenue - Thilaga, in C3.D.O.No.70/2014, dated 24.08.2014.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.5146, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 15.10.2014. Copy of the said Government Order submitted to this Court shall form part of record.

4. Recording the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
