O R D E R

The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to transfer the H.M.O.P. No.347 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni to the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that although steps were taken to settle the matter, no fruitful results have come forth and therefore, the H.M.O.P. No.347 of 2017 may be transferred to the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore.

3.Taking note of the fact that the respondent has no objection in transferring the H.M.O.P. No.347 of 2017 to the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, this Court is inclined to transfer the H.M.O.P. No.347 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni to the file of

the learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore. Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed and the H.M.O.P. No.347 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore.

4.The learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to take up the case and dispose of the same expeditiously in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No.5283 of 2019 is closed.
