O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.4802 of 2017 dated 10.10.2014 has not been complied with.

2. It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent that a report dated 23.08.2018 was sent to the first respondent by the second respondent and the same was also acknowledged by the first respondent on the same day. Therefore, he contended that it is for the first respondent to pass appropriate orders as directed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the report dated 23.08.2018 has been received from the second respondent on 23.08.2018. Therefore, he submitted that based on the report, appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.

4. Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, this contempt petition is closed.
