ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed as against the Judgment dated 17.07.2019 passed in C.A.No.12 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, thereby confirming the order dated 03.02.2018 passed in STC No.2585 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri, for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

With the consent of both the parties, the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly, a settlement was arrived at between the parties and a Mediation Report of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, along with a Settlement Agreement dated 16.12.2025 entered into between the parties, duly signed by both the petitioner and the respondent and their counsels, has been filed and the same is recorded.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and in terms of the Mediation Report, along with the Settlement Agreement, dated 16.12.2025, this Criminal Revision Case stands allowed.
