This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.28017 & 28075 of 2023 dated 23.11.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side).

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear everyday at 10.00 a.m., before the respondent police for a further period of 12 days and thereafter, once a week for a further period of 4 weeks and thereafter, relaxed.
