The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of directing the second respondent to pass final orders in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.782/A1/2012 pending on the file of the second respondent.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation pursuant to Circular No.67/11, dated 03.11.2011, however, subsequently, Circular of the Inspector General of Registration dated 03.11.2011 in Circular No.67/11 was withdrawn on 20.10.2017 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.In view of the above, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
