ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.8(c) Crl.O.P.No.29272 of 2025 by order dated 28.10.2025. By the said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at

K.RAJASEKAR, J.

gv 10:30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent police on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the said condition only for 11 days.

3. The petitioner was directed by this court to appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks. Without complying the said condition, the petitioner has come forward with the relaxation petition. 4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
