ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 03.03.2016 made in W.P.No.34686 of 2015, directed the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's proposal dated 29.04.2015 with regard to approving the petitioner as Secretary and Correspondent of the subject school and handing over the charges to the newly constituted Educational Agency and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt

of a copy of that order. Since the said order has not been complied with by the respondent within the stipulated time as directed by this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court. She has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the Joint Director of School Education (Higher Secondary), Chenna-6 in Na.Ka.No.092935/W4/E1/2015 dated 18.04.2016 to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, the contempt petition is closed.
