Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachments of the place belonging to the fourth respondent situated at M.N. Sungam, Angalakuruchi Village, Pollachi Taluk on the basis of the proceedings initiated by the third respondent in Oo.Mu.1574/2008 dated 07.05.2008 and also on the basis of representation dated 09.02.2015 and 09.04.2015 given by the petitioner within a stipulated time.
