Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to treat th petitioner's candidature as 'OBC' Category and permit her to participate in the Mop-up round conselling for NEET-PG 2021 in Roll No.2166120443 as a OBC Candidate.

O R D E R

Read this order in conjunction with order passed by this Court on 15.03.2022 as under:- "Mr.R.Thirunavukkarasu, learned counsel accepts notice for R1 and seeks sometime to obtain instructions and file a counter.

2. The contesting respondent/respondent who is to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2022 is R2, i.e., Medical Counselling Committee.

3. Notice through Court as well as privately to R2 and R3, returnable 28.03.2022. Private notice to panel counsel for R2 is also permitted. Proof of service be placed on file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by then. Let the private notices be accompanied by copies of Writ affidavit, typed set and a copy of this order.

4. List on 28.03.2022 at the end of admission list. Counter/written instructions by then with an advance copy served upon the petitioner.

5. An automated response rejecting the representation of the petitioner has been received by the petitioner, despite which the present Writ Petition has been filed. Since this Court does not want to stand in the way of relief, if any, to the petitioner, liberty is granted to R2 to consider and dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2022 in accordance with law and all applicable Rules and Regulations, even pending Writ Petition."

2. The learned counsel for R-1 states that pursuant to order dated 15.03.2022, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the second respondent.

3. With this, and as the purpose of the writ petition stands achieved, and the same is closed. No costs.
