This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.165 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that, originally, the case was registered by the Central Crime Branch, Chennai and thereafter, it has been transferred to the present respondent Police for investigation. He, on instructions from Mr.Sankar, Sub Inspector, Economic Offence Wing, Head Quarters, Chennai, who is the Investigating Officer in the case submit that the major part of the investigation is over and that he seeks further time of 3 months to complete the investigation and file the final report. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and the undertaking given by Mr.Sankar, Sub Inspector of Police, the Criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
