This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in C.M.P.No.896 of 2025 in C.C.No.16 of 2025 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram, dated 10.10.2025.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
