When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is found that on 14.09.2021, furnishing of security was ordered and notice has been sent in that regard and the name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list. However, this Court is unable to find any prayer towards attachment of the property.

Therefore, the learned counsel for the applicant is directed to take appropriate steps in that regard.
