Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2015 pending on the file of the respondent.

By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner states that she belongs to Schedule Caste Arunthiyar community and she applied loan through Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Corporation and to process the application, the fourth respondent is said to have demanded illegal gratification and also abused her caste name and in this regard, she has lodged a complaint against the fourth respondent on the file of the Inspector of Police, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taluk Police Station, Vellore on 13.04.2014 and FIR was registered in Crime No.139/14 for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 294(b), 448, 427 & 506(i) IPC r/w Sec.3(1)(xi) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989. The case after investigation, has culminated into a charge sheet which was also taken on file as Spl.S.C.No.1/15. The petitioner also moved concerned authorities for initiating disciplinary action against the fourth respondent. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the first respondent and since she has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this Writ Petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3. 4.This Court without going into the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, after putting on notice to the fourth respondent, and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
