The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order dated 24.11.2012 made in the objection filed by the petitioner in marking an unregistered partition deed dated 01.10.1986 as a exhibit in O.S.No.49 of 2008 on the file of Subordinate Judge's Court at Sankari. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents are present. 1/4
2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the suit pertains to the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed on 24.08.2015. However, the counsel appearing for the petitioner present and made a submission, that the application to restore the suit is filed and pending with the trial court. 3.Submissions made by the counsel appearing on either side is considered.
4.It is apparent as of now the suit pertains to the Civil Revision is not in existence. Hence, nothing survives in this matter for further adjudication.
