[Respondent ] Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the Petitioner representation dated 16.03.2015 praying for fixation of the Petitioner pay on par with his junior Mr. Narayana Reddy Noon Meal Organiser Panchayat Union Primary School (Telugu) T.Belalam and pass appropriate orders thereon within a time limit to be fixed by this Honourable Court.

O R D E R

Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. With the consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2015 praying for fixation of his pay on par with his junior Mr. Narayana Reddy, Noon Meal Organiser, Panchayat Union Primary School (Telugu), T.Belalam and to pass appropriate orders thereon within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is paid less than his junior and hence, he made a representation dated 16.03.2015, to fix his pay on par with his junior Narayana Reddy, Noon Meal Organiser, Panchayat Union Primary School (Telugu). Since the same has not been disposed of till date, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
