Janaki(Died), Lakshmi Narayanan v. Muthusamy

This petition has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole appellant namely Janaki in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

Since this Court has condoned the delay of 630 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant namely Janaki vide C.M.P.No.10513/2024, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole appellant namely Janaki in S.A.No.1159/2012 is allowed.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
